Do I have to install software to update my Digital Sign(s)?
No, simply use any computer with an internet connection and point your browser to our Login link and click Manage Sign located on the mygvm.com website. Our services are available 24/7, worldwide.
Can I use my mobile device or tablet to make changes to my digital sign?
Yes, our cloud-based platform supports iOS devices (iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch) as well as Android powered devices.
I want to create a custom design to use on my digital sign, how do I do this?
We staff a full service design team in-house to accommodate any design changes you may have. Additional fees may apply.
Can I use my own custom media on my digital sign?
Yes, our system supports all popular formats of images, videos and flash media.
What are my copyright restrictions?
It is your responsibility to ensure you follow your country’s copyright laws. FuneralScreen will not be responsible for any copyright infringements associated with your account. Be sure you receive full written approval for media and content used in your signage presentation. FuneralScreen will remove content which was brought to our attention as a violator of any copyright laws.
Who has access to my digital sign?
Anyone with your username and password can access, change and update your digital sign.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes, you need an internet connection to login to the web application to view and update your digital signage.
How many Digital Signs can I have?
The possibilities are unlimited, there is no limit to the number of digital signs you can have.
What are the requirements to use a TV I already own?
The TV must have a VGA, HDMI, Component or Composite input to connect to our Player PC.
Can I still use my LCD for cable, satellite or antenna TV broadcast?
Yes, simply change the input using the remote or the button on the side of the LCD.
If I want to display the same digital sign in two different locations is there an additional fee?
No, simply use a video signal replicator or an additional Digital Sign Player (DSP) to display the same digital sign in a different location.
If I want to display two or more different digital signs in different locations is there an additional cost?
Yes, each Digital Sign Player (DSP) will be billed under your current monthly service fee. Please consult your sales associate for further clarification.
What are the requirements for the Digital Sign Player (DSP)?
You need a standard 3-prong power outlet and an internet connection via ethernet cable (LAN) or wireless access network (Wifi).
What cables will I need to connect the LCD and the Digital Sign Player (DSP)?
Normally an HDMI cable. All required cables will be provided free with the purchase of any Digital Sign Player (DSP).
Does the Digital Sign Player (DSP) come with a warranty?
Yes, each Digital Sign Player (DSP) comes with a 1 year limited warranty.
